Banks, factors, SCF platforms
Supply-chain finance and factoring
What you want is a short-chain receivable you can confirm directly — not another trade intermediary. The payer type is a foundation-model company. We purchased 278 eight-GPU servers (2,224 cards); value on tax documents. MiniMax is in the token-supply commercial-signing process; a formal contract has not been signed. After that contract lands, we discuss factoring, LCs or a collection account on your instruments — we do not invent a receivable that does not yet exist.
We can discuss token-sales factoring, import LCs, collection-account control after signing, and a referral to your group leasing arm.
Value to you
- For a bank or a factor, the value is the structure: the buyer is a foundation-model company; confirmation can reach the payer directly. The chain is short; settlement is metered in tokens — a product you can reuse, not an exception ticket.
- The present tense must stay honest: deployment adaptation and performance tests with MiniMax are complete, and token supply is in the commercial-signing process; a formal contract has not been signed. This page does not call that an existing receivable. Your value is to lock confirmation and the collection account in the draft, so the asset is workable the day it signs.
- The purchased 278 chassis / 2,224 cards (value on tax documents) are the physical and trade base; mid-term plan 5,000-card class. Later placements copy the same process.
- If your group also holds a leasing license, sale-and-leaseback and factoring can share one diligence pass.
Agenda for a first formal meeting
- The offtake draft: payment terms, acceptance and reconciliation frequency (a formal contract has not been signed — we align the text first).
- Confirmation: payer acknowledgment and how invoices, settlement notes and token usage tie together.
- Product choice: recourse / non-recourse factoring, import LCs, collection-account control — you pick the tool.
- Limit and revolving use against the 278-chassis trade background.
- Referral path to a group lessor so two diligences are not run in parallel.
What this means in a term sheet
- The payer is a foundation-model company; confirmation does not travel through a multi-tier trade chain.
- MiniMax is in the token-supply signing process; a formal contract has not been signed. Factoring and LCs attach after signing.
- After the purchased 278-chassis / 2,224-card batch is running, later placements can reuse the same process.
- If your group holds a leasing license, sale-and-leaseback and factoring can be introduced in one conversation.
Why we can deliver this
Five reasons this is not another deck. Figures carry a denominator or a report ID. Economic numbers are engineering-model estimates, delivered as runnable Python after NDA.
Purchased kit, countable
278 eight-GPU chassis / 2,224 cards on the books; value on tax documents. About 600 chassis are a prospect pipeline (intent, not held) and are not added into stock.
Acceleration is our line
FX arrays are in production; KV tiering is source-adapted by us, not a resale. Signed throughput +29–40%, TTFT −26–32% (R2/R3 vs local NVMe).
Pre-production acceptance is done
8×MI308X, 1T-parameter INT4 MoE, 3,210 samples across four benches, official delta inside the 2% red line.
Downstream progress is not overstated
Talks and joint tests with Zhipu, Kimi and MiniMax; MiniMax is in token-supply signing, and a formal contract has not been signed. Communication is not collection.
Verify first, stop-loss built in
Joint test first, decisions second: gate-based acceptance with built-in stop-loss. G1 Week 2 / G2 Week 4 / G3 Week 7 / G4 Week 10. Full model after NDA.
On this track specifically
- The seller is identifiable: Xinyuanyi purchased the kit and operates it; tax documents and a site count match. This is not a pass-through trader.
- The technical side is checkable: pre-production acceptance and signed storage-acceleration reports (R2/R3) show we can deliver metered inference.
- Payer talks have happened: Zhipu, Kimi and MiniMax; MiniMax is in signing, and a formal contract has not been signed. You see progress, not a packaged “already contracted collection”.
- Usage is exportable in tokens to your audit standard.
- After NDA: trade-background note and a re-runnable model; your risk team changes the parameters.

Verifiable progress
- Purchased: 278 × 8-GPU AMD Instinct MI308X chassis (2,224 cards); equipment value to be shown on tax documents; mid-term plan 5,000-card class.
- Pre-production acceptance on a single 8×MI308X node for a 1T-parameter INT4 MoE model: 3,210 samples across four accuracy benches all passed (official delta −0.8% to −1.5%, inside the 2% red line).
- Deployment adaptation and performance tests with MiniMax are complete; token supply is in the commercial-signing process; a formal contract has not been signed.
- Signed storage-acceleration result: throughput +29–40%, TTFT −26–32% (Qwen3-Coder-480B-FP8 long-context cold recovery vs local NVMe; reports R2/R3).
