You can check the legal entity, the purchased-fleet statement, lot sizes, and the two single-node report IDs, and you can book an inspection. Before signing delivery, also check the duty voucher, serial numbers for that batch, and the invoice.
- No duty voucher means no signed delivery. Payment is to the company account. Inspect, or agree the acceptance clause, before discussing payment.
